This Event will be for Any and All types of 15" - 17" Fashion Dolls, and yes, if you have an 18" Super Size Barbie, she is more than welcome too.

Most of the focus will be on Gene Dolls, Neema and Ellowyne. These seem to be the most popular right now. While many of these fashions fit other Fashion Dolls within this size range, we wanted to go with the most popular 16" Fashions Dolls at the time.

My 17" Mattel Barbie Dreamtopia seems to wear the same size as Ellowyne and Neema, so keep this type of doll in mind should you not own the other types of dolls and would like to Join In. All Playline Dolls this size, are more than welcome to Join Us for the Event. I want to Repeat, This Event Is For ALL and ANY 15" - 17" Fashion Dolls.

Many of the Fashions for these sized dolls WILL fit one another types of the same. They do need to be 'baggier' items. We will have FREE Patterns for Participates, but know that you may need to make adjustments to them for the Doll you are sewing for.

For this Event we are planning to have Guest Speakers, Crafts, Contests, Free Patterns, Channel Drops, Chat and more.

These are the early days of planning and things are subject to change.

More information will be coming on this event as we work on it.

This Event is PRIVATE. We host these Events on our own Server and Website. Your information will not be tracked, shared, sold or seen.

While we are LIVE, you may participate with interacting, or just watch as an observer. Some people just want to watch, others want to jump in and Chat. How ever YOU want to enjoy this event, is up to you.

We are planning this Event for November 14th and 15th. This is a Friday Night, Meet & Greet with Channel Drops, and three Sessions on Saturday. All times are listed CENTRAL STANDARD TIMES, please adjust your times so that you do not miss a thing!~

Should something happen, weather (this ALMOST happened at our Winterfest 2025, emergencies, any unforeseen things. We will reschedule for November 22, 23.

We will have Sessions, On Line, on this website, at 10 am, 2 pm, and 6 pm. We plan one hour Sessions, but if we go over, we are happy. That just means we are all having a good time.d

We are currently thinking about Guest Speakers that are familiar with these types of Fashion Dolls that hopefully will have items to sell for these types dolls.

We ask our Guest Speakers for a Video, approx 15 minutes long, and for the Guest to be present to be on camera LIVE to answer questions and just Chat with us after your video is played. The LIVE Chats usually last between 15 - 40 minutes.

All of the Contests will be Judged by the people present for the Live Event. Some of the Contests, however, will have extra points giving and perhaps some taken, for how the directions were followed for participation in the Contest.

We REALLY try to keep the Contests very fair. As fair as we possible are able.

Photo Contest:

We are Planning to have at least one Photo Contest. The Photo Contest will have a Theme, to be announced later.

No Editing. No Filters. No AI.

Sewing Contest:

Sewing Contests are always fun. We try to keep ours as FAIR as we can make them. Everyone will use the Same Pattern, and Same Fabrics.

We will ask for a minimum of five photos of the project, most will only be seen for extra points given for finished inside seams, following the directions as well as seeing the back of the project on the doll, not just the front.

We plan to sell a kit, for a minimum cost, for this Contest so that each and every person has the exact same items to use to make your project. We ask that you ONLY use the items in the Kit. You will of course need your own needles, thread, sewing machine, and the like.

Knit and Crochet Contest:

For all those of you that Crochet or Knit we have a Contest for you too.

Using a Fall Color or Fall Colors, we will ask you to create (project not determined yet) of some sort for your Fashion Dolls.

We will ask for a minimum of five photos, most of which will only be seen for extra points given before Judging.

We add Crafting Items to our Goody Boxes. These are usually quick and easy so that everyone can enjoy them. These are not determined as of yet.

We would LOVE it if you sent us finished photos of your Crafts to share and show off, in the Photo Line Ups before, after, and in between Sessions.

Please also note that we will have FREE Clothing Patterns in the Private Section of this website for those that Participate in this Event.

This is where we feature anyone's channel that would like to, giving the Link, LIVE, so that everyone there can go and Subscribe and Follow each.

This is a PRIVATE, Live Event. You will have to be Signed in at our website, but we do NOT Share or Sell ANY of your information.

We do plan to send out Goody Boxes. You should know that I am all about LESS WASTE into the environment. Your items will not come wrapped fancy, I will send Zip Lock type bags so that everything can be reused, no waste to land in your trash can.

Some of the items in the Goody Box will be needed for the Photo Contest we are offering to all participates. The Sewing Kit for the Sewing Contest will require an extra fee, but will come along inside your Goody Box.

Participates will also have access to FREE Clothing Patterns for Ellowyne and bodies like hers, as well as other Patterns for looser fit to fit more of these Fashion Dolls. These are Patterns created by Marna and can be used however you chose; However, we do ask that you do not Sell or Give these Patterns to others. I will be, at a later date, be offering these same Patterns on this website.

While these will be on this website for download; these FREE Patterns will be considered part of your Goody Box.

We would LOVE if you could help out with items donated to our Goody Boxes that will go out in the mail to our participates approx 6 weeks before the date of the Event. (right now we are looking at early Oct. to start shipping)

At the time of writing we do not know for sure how many people we are planning for. But that should be decided before too long.

Each item for the Goody Box should be something for the doll, clothing or prop, or such, (not just a sticker or stickers). All of the items would not need to be the exactly same, (but surely could be), but each should be the same approx dollar value.

If you could help us out by letting other people know about this Event, THAT could make this Bigger and Better.

If you are in Facebook Groups, Doll Clubs, Instagram Groups, have a Youtube Channel, where you could let people know about this event, it would be greatly appreciated.

We try to keep our Costs to Participate as low as we can. Postage being what it is, we will have to ask each to pay their own postage.

WE REALLY, I MEAN, REALLLLLLY, TRY TO KEEP OUR CONTESTS AS FAIR AS WE POSSIBLY ARE ABLE.

I just hate watching a Cooking Show Contest and all the different ingredients against one another. I like Apples to Apples, not Apples to Kale!!

Everyone in our Sewing Contest will use the Same Pattern, the Same Fabric, and will ONLY be able to use the items that come in the Sewing Kit, purchased and mailed with in the Goody Box. This way, Judges, the folks at the event, can not make this a Popularity Contest, or pick their Favorite Colors in fabrics used.

The participates will need to take 5 photos of their Project so that they can be checked for Extra Points giving for sewing technics. Photos shall be taken with no background, no props, just the project one the Doll.

I have not made or even decided the items I want to make Patterns for this project at this time.

We will add more information as it is decided.

This Contest will be a bit more relaxed as far as rules. Because there is so much individual flair in yarn arts, and because we will not be providing a Pattern.

We are asking for FALL Colors of yarn used. We are asking for the SAME ITEM to be made. We are asking for 5 photos showing your work for extra points.

I have not decided on a Clothing Item at this time.

We love seeing photos of your dolls. Everyone has a Flair you can see come out with the beauty of their dolls.

While we are asking for ANY and ALL Photos of your 15 - 17" Fashion Dolls, we are also having a Contest.

We try to make these Contests as FAIR as we are able. So. Inside your Goody Box there will be an item that MUST be in the Photo to enter in the Photo Contest. It may be a pro, a clothing item, or something silly.

NO FILTERS. NO AI. NO EDITING.

We have not decided on a Theme or items for this Contest at this time.

Friday Night 6 pm. - MEET AND GREET WITH CHANNEL DROP!~ This is set up to Chat with one another, get to know others and their dolls, as well as a "Channel Drop".

Channel Drops are where, for anyone that would like, you do NOT have to participate, just come and chat, we give Links to each person so that everyone there can go and Subscribe to their Youtube Channels and Follow them on Instagram.
