Boxing up dolls, in a cardboard box, then storing them in the attic, is a very bad idea. Often the heat from the Summer, along with the weight from dolls on top, will smash in and or distort dolls heads...some very badly.

There are many ways to safely store dolls. My mother saved many, I mean, many of the dolls I had as a child and I still have them today.
